PRICES

All prices quoted are in GB pounds Sterling and include VAT at the standard UK rate. However, you have the option of clicking on our Currency/Size key at the top of your screen and converting the prices to either USD or Euro using an exchange rate set by Shoesissima. This button will also also convert the UK sizes to US and European sizes. You can purchase in GB pounds, USD or Euros.

VAT

VAT will be deducted at point of purchase if you are ordering from outside the EU.

IMPORT DUTIES

Our prices do not include import duty. No import duty is applicable for orders placed from any country within the EU.

DELIVERY SERVICE

Both our Next Day and Regular delivery service are "signed for". When you register on the website and open an account, you have the option to specify a regular alternative address for delivery or to give special instructions.

We aim to despatch your order on the same day if your payment clears before 12 noon. If your payment clears after noon, your order will be processed the next working day.

Delivery times are a guideline only and commence from the date of despatch. Our carriers do not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, so collection or delivery would take place on the next working day. However, special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery by contacting Customerservices@Shoesissima.com
