All prices quoted are in GB pounds Sterling and include VAT at the standard UK rate. However, you have the option of clicking on our Currency/Size key at the top of your screen and converting the prices to either USD or Euro using an exchange rate set by Shoesissima. This button will also also convert the UK sizes to US and European sizes. You can purchase in GB pounds, US$ or Euros.


VAT will be deducted at point of purchase if you are ordering from outside the EU.


Our prices do not include import duty. No import duty is applicable for orders placed from any country within the EU.


Both our Next Working Day and Regular delivery service are "signed for". When you register on the website, you have the option to specify a regular alternative address for delivery. You can also specify an alternative address at the point of ordering. Unfortunately our courier will not leave the parcel without a signature.

We will be happy to exchange your purchase. You can return an item for an exchange within 10 days of receipt.

Shoesissima does not cover the cost of returning shoes for an exchange. However, if you live in the UK, and are exchanging for the same style in a different size or colour, we can send your exchange item to you free of charge. If you live outside the UK, unfortunately the shipping charges for any exchange item will be to your account.

The shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging so when preparing the shoes for return, no labels or tape should be attached to the shoebox and the shoebox should be suitably protected by a sturdy plastic bag. We recommend you use the original mail bag. The address label should be attached to the outer bag only. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing the box should the box be damaged in return transit.

The shoes must be received by us as new and exchange is not possible if the shoes are damaged or worn. Tip: hard floor surfaces mark the soles of shoes as if they had been worn, so be sure to try your shoes on a carpeted surface.

We ask you to complete the Returns formenclosed with your purchase, to advise us what style/colour/size you would like in exchange. You can also use this form to tell us if you would like to change your delivery address for the exchanged item.

Shoesissima is not liable for the loss of returned goods so we recommend that you use a “Signed For” despatch service and include adequate insurance to cover the cost of the shoes. In the event of loss or damage to the goods in transit, you will need your original receipt for the purchase of the shoes and your proof of despatch to present to your insurance company in order to make a claim; we recommend that you keep these in a safe place until Shoesissima sends you an email to confirm receipt of your Goods.

Our technical team will inspect the shoes and packaging and providing they are undamaged we will credit your card with the original price, less shipping charges and debit your card with the price of the new shoes. We will aim to despatch your replacement shoes, if available, within 3 working days. We will advise by email of the despatch and if there is no suitable replacement we will offer you some alternatives. If your original purchase included a discount, we will maintain the discount if the requested exchange item is the same style in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange your original purchase for a different style, we will be unable to maintain the original discount.



Your statutory rights are not affected when returning purchased goods.

The procedure for requesting a refund is the same as for an Exchange (outlined above): you can request a refund by returning your shoes within 10 days of receipt. Our technical team will inspect the shoes and packaging and provided they are undamaged, we will credit your card with the full value of your original purchase, excluding the shipping charges, in pounds Sterling, within 7 days of receipt of the shoes. It can take up to 20 working days to appear on your account. Paypal refunds are received as soon as they are processed.

Unfortunately no refund is possible if the shoes and/or packaging are damaged or worn, in which case we will return the shoes to you.

Postal charges for returning an item for refund are not covered by Shoesissima unless the shoes are inspected and deemed faulty.


We have high quality standards but in the unlikely event that you receive a pair of faulty shoes, or the wrong shoes, please contact us immediately by email on

Shoes are faulty if they are damaged when you receive them or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of wear. Shoes that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Please return the goods in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt and send a copy of the receipt for the cost of the return postage. We also ask that you complete the Returns form, describing the fault and include this in the box.

Our technical team inspects all shoes upon return and if we agree that they are defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will notify you by email of our intention to issue a refund within 3 days of receipt of the shoes. We will issue a full refund for the value of the goods, the shipping charges incurred by you when we sent the goods to you and those incurred by you when returning the defective item. If the shoes are deemed by Shoesissima or an independent body to be damaged through normal wear and tear and not due to any manufacturing fault, we will not reimburse the shoes or the postage.

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake we will despatch a replacement, if available, within 24 working hours subject to warehouse opening hours (see section Orders & Deliveries). We will reimburse your original postage charges, the cost of your return (please send us a copy of your receipt) and your replacement shoes will be sent free of charge.


Unfortunately we cannot refund any costs related to import duty and taxes


Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.

We aim to despatch your order on the same day if your payment clears before 12 noon. If your payment clears after noon that day, your order will be despatched the next working day.

Delivery times are a guideline only and commence from the date of despatch. Our carriers do not collect or deliver on Bank Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, so collection or delivery would take place on the next working day. However, special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery by contacting:

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
